Our facilities cover a surface area of 2,200 m2 distributed around three buildings: in the first one we prepare our wines employing the latest technology (cooling equipment for controlled fermentation, stainless steel vats, etc.). The second is the bottling plant are warehouse, and finally the ageing cellar with 300 new barrels made from French and American oak.
The latest technology and temperature control guarantee the production process. We have one of the best wine experts in Spain, José Pascual Gracia. The wine is aged in barrels where they receive the greatest care: fermentation at 29º, long maceration between 10 and 25 days depending on the variety and the zone, and ageing in French and American oak barrels, depending on the vineyard.
