Our facilities cover a surface area of 2,200 m2 distributed around three buildings: in the first one we prepare our wines employing the latest technology (cooling equipment for controlled fermentation, stainless steel vats, etc.). The second is the bottling plant are warehouse, and finally the ageing cellar with 300 new barrels made from French and American oak.
Bottling in some cases is carried out without using any stabilising or filtering process of the wine, so that it does not lose any of its properties. Therefore, our top range wines may have some natural sediment.
